Citrus-O gift certificates may only be redeemed for in-home services offered by Citrus-O Carpet Care and Citrus-O Furnace and Duct Cleaning. These services must be booked through our Citrus-O Call Centre prior to the work being completed, and the intention to redeem the gift certificate must be mentioned at the time of booking.
Citrus-O gift certificates are a valid form of payment for any of the services offered on our price list, and may be applied to sales taxes when applicable.
Citrus-O gift certificates are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cheque, or credit.
If the value of your Citrus-O gift certificate is insufficient to cover the full value of the services you wish to purchase, you may pay the difference with cash, cheque, or most major credit cards. If the purchase price of your services is less than the value of your Citrus-O gift certificate, a credit balance will be placed on your account and will remain until it is decreased to zero. This credit balance is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred.
Citrus-O gift certificates are equivalent to cash, and must be handled accordingly. Citrus-O cannot replace, and is not responsible for gift certificates that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond recognition.
Citrus-O gift certificates have no expiration date, and are redeemed in the same denomination that the certificate was originally purchased in.
